Please let me input the chord if it is not SCALER inner tone. Can the color of the voiceover be changed? Is there such a function? For example, in the key of C major. If I input an Fm, the Fm will automatically turn green after input.

I am having a problem understanding the translation.
Can you define ‘inner tone’ in a different way?
Can you define ‘voiceover’ in a different way?
In your example, no, BIAB does not do that. Can you tell us why this would be helpful.
BIAB 2024 Win Audiophile. Software: Studio One 6.5 Pro, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6; Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Roland Integra-7, Presonus Studio 192, Presonus Faderport 8, Royer 121, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors

He is referencing how Scaler identifies via blue or gray color, which chords in a progression are derived from the associated harmonized scale and also how many of the notes within the progression are present within the specified scale. See examples below. Honestly, Scaler does this so well, there is simply no reason for BIAB to duplicate it, IMO. The real wish here is for BIAB to play nicer with Scaler in terms of cutting and pasting chord sequences between the two.

I don't expect one program to do it all, like one ring to rule them all. I also don't want program developers to spread themselves thin trying to be all things to all people. Do what you do, and do it well. Identify others with the same philosophy and partner with them. For example, consider the tight integration of Melodyne into Studio One via ARA2. In Studio One's case, I wish for such tight integration with Acon Digital's Acoustica Premium Edition via its ARA2 support. There's an easy way to use it within Studio One, but extra keystrokes and/or mouse clicks are required. Plus, you've got to remember what those keystrokes and/or mouse clicks are (pointing finger at myself). I'm sure most of you are aware of Melodyne, but for those who aren't familiar with Acoustica, IMO it is the best audio editor out there. Excellent GUI. Super fast. Superior spectral editing. And for those of you who work with recording audio in less than pristine conditions, the Restoration Suite plugins included with the Premium Edition are priceless. And the Mastering Suite, Equalize, Verberate and Extract:Dialog plugins also included are a nice bonus. Acon Digital Acoustica Digital Audio Editor

I agree 100% with both. Many of these things are complex and if one add a new complexity onto a bunch of old complexities you get super complexity. More features -> More complexity in the code -> more bugs. ... and the bugs tend to follow permutations not combinations. (maybe a better example ... product not sum) Also, more complexity in the user interface.

If it's the chord sheet you are talking about if would have to have a background color for the chord itself as it would conflict with whatever cell color is set to, you also have red if the chord has a hold etc.. If RapidComposer is out scale it will be red:

The Band-in-a-Box® Flash Drive Backup Option
Today (April 5) is National Flash Drive Day!
Did you know... not only can you download your Band-in-a-Box® Pro, MegaPAK, or PlusPAK purchase - you can also choose to add a flash drive backup copy with the installation files for only $15? It even comes with a Band-in-a-Box® keychain!
For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.
Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.
Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!
Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.
Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
