How to change octave for a range of bars?

I know I can change the entire melody or solo an octave up or down but is there a way to define a range of bars to change by an octave?

I know I'm back on this one again, but this is not working for me. The transpose feature changes the key. I do not want to change the key of the section of notes in my song. I want to change the octave -- I want to take a section of notes in a song that are too high for me to play and bring them down one octave -- transpose isn't doing this by making a key change.

UPDATE: This has been turned over to support. Seems to be a problem changing / transpositioning from editable notation in BIAB. RealBand does it fine.
