I know how to Print screen but how do I attach file to a new post

You cannot just attach files or images to a forum post; however, if you have a hosting site, you can save the JPG of the screen shot there, and then just link the image into your forum post. There are a number of free hosting sites around and have been discussed several times on the forum, so you should be able to find several with a search. The command to embed an image is (I am using parentheses instead of square brackets to demonstrate the command:
(IMAGE)URL to Image File(/IMAGE) <-- substitute square brackets "[ ]" for the parentheses "( )".
FYI,
photobucket.com is such a free site and makes it quite painless.
And the code John gave you for including images, and codes for other forum "special" items to be included in your posts (like the photobucket link above) can be found at the UBB Code link provided in the post forms of this forum.
