I just ordered my upgrade to BiaB 2011 UltraPlus pak (and the bonus 20 pak) this afternoon. On the download-page I can download a lot of stuff, but I can only find RealTracks 105, 109, and 116. Seems I can only download the RT's from the bonus pak?
I know for a fact that last year and before I was able to download everything.

I was planning on downloading the whole lot and upgrading the 2010 HDD and keep the new HDD in the safe as a back-up.

I hope the RT's are on the new HDD.

I think those may be realtrack 'sets' that start at that number ..

But I just can't download all the other sets.

Funny thing! I just looked at the store and now I see that with the UltraPlus pak you get RT sets 1 to 121. When I ordered the UltraPlus pak this afternoon it said RealTrack sets 1 to 101. The only reason I ordered the bonus 20 pak was to have RealTrack set 105 and 109

This is kind of a bummer! I spent some serious time in figuring out why I would want to buy the bonus 20 pak, and I clearly saw that afore mentioned RT's where not part of the UltraPlus pak....

Give sales a call with that question.
They'll straighten it out.

Only my opinion, but I think the upgrade to everythingpak for $20 is a better deal, because of the songs and lessons pack, since you are getting most of the other bonus stuff on the disk.

I don't think that list of features has changed in the last week, it looks the same to me as when I went over my package.

I didn't choose the everything pak because I already have the 2010 everything pak. I noticed the extra's to be somewhat the same as in the 2010 issue. Well the instruction vids will be updated of course, but since I rarely read manuals (and tell other people to RTFM frequently ) I don't need them.

Yes, if it says 1-101 somewhere, that is a typo. It is 1-121. If you contact us we can give you download links for some or all of the RealTracks in your order. They aren't in the download page by default, since many people were getting their hard drive before they were even able to download all the files, and getting frustrated about that. But we agree it might be good to have a download-only option available...
