I downloaded the 2011.5 upgrade with the 101 realtracks option. All went well, but the download of the realtracks took hours, and the download box says that it is now "verifying" the download. But this, too, has now gone on for two hours, and is still chugging away. My computer appears to be functioning, and is not locked up.

Is this normal? How long is this supposed to take?

My verify process took only a few minutes.

Don't know what could be the problem at your end.

Could be a corrupted download and you must *sigh* start all over again after clering your browser cache.

Did you use Firefox?

This occasionally happens to me with big downloads, and this time as well on the 130-131 RTs (2Gb!). I just closed the downloads window and installed the rile, the install completed succesfully.

Really long verify procedures might be due to your Anti-Virus software, or Windows UAC, since they can slow things down. Perhaps disable them during the process. It should normally take only a few mins.
