I get the message below when I verify the RealTracks/Drums files.

I tried reinstall, same issue. How do I correct. I am running 282 version of BIAB.

This will check dates of Bt0 files compared to WAV and WMA files in RealTracks and RealDrums.
Warning : No Bt0 file found for C:\BIAB\Drums\SalsaBachata\SalsaBolero_105_style.wma
Drums WMA - no date errors
Warning : No Bt0 file found for C:\BIAB\Drums\JazzBrushes54\JazzBrushes54_170_Style.wav
Warning : No Bt0 file found for C:\BIAB\Drums\Rock128\Rock128_070_Style.wav
Warning : No Bt0 file found for C:\BIAB\Drums\SalsaBachata\SalsaBolero_105_style.wav
Drums WAV - no date errors

Cheers

G, try doing a windows search to see if there are any BTO files in another place. They should be in the same folder but maybe got installed elswhere.

I did a search, bt0's in question not found on the drive. I reinstalled off my PGMusic Install disk, no change.

The RT's are on a set of DVD's and not on the PG program disk as they take up a lot of space.
Do you have a RT folder if you do then this notice in in the info file
"This folder is used to store the RealTracks audio files.

If this folder is empty, either you haven't installed any RealTracks, or you are using a RealTracks folder location outside of the bb folder (i.e. different from the default RealTracks folder location).

If you are using a different location for your RealTracks files, you need to specify it in the RealTracks Settings dialog in Band-in-a-Box.
Hope this helps Wyndham

I'd hate to not have any Bachman Turner Overdrive files on my computer (ducking for cover)

That's what those files are, I guess they compress the whole band in the file so they can play the wav files, who'da thunk it.

Of course I was using the RealDrums Install Disk that came from PG Music so I don't think that was the problem, it says on it RealDrums Sets 1 - 20.

Since we are taking about RealDrums here, the files are located in the Drums folder in my BIAB folder. I do have a RealTracks folder but my RealDrums are not in it.

Thanks for the posts but unfortunately I am still looking for the answer.
Hello G,

First - those are not serious problems. With RealDrums, BB will make the proper BT0 for the style automatically, the first time you use the style, and it doesn't take long. This makes it a little slower when you first load the RealDrums, which is the main reason we include the pre-made BT0 files for RD. The BT0 files allow Band-in-a-Box to play the style at different tempos.

If you were missing BT0 files for some RealTracks, it would be worse, since those BT0 files are more complicated and it is best to use the pre-made ("factory") ones (BB would give you a warning message on-screen if you weren't using the factory ones).

Second - a couple of those styles appear to be old ones that you may have got long ago, and were subsequently replaced with updated styles (Rock128 ..Pop128 and JazzBrushes54 ..Jazz54Even8^). It also appears that you may have accidentally moved the SalsaBolero WMA file from the SalsaBolero folder to the SalsaBachata folder - or you just have an extra copy of the WMA in the wrong folder for some reason, in which case you can delete it.
