Anyone know what file (txt) / location Fav Folders is located. And RB?

You can use Places Bar Editor to add a folder with all your shortcuts in.
Create a folder on the Desktop say "Shortcuts"

Use http://melloware.com/placesbar/ or http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/PlacesBar-Tweaker.shtml

to add the "Shortcuts" folder to the Places Bar (the icons on the left of the Open & Save Dialog in BB).

You don't need this for RB as it has a full Explorer window that shows Favorites in the top left, you can simply just drag the "Shortcuts" folder to there, but BB only has the Place Bar in the Open & Save Dialog.

Any folder you want just right click "Send to Desktop create shortcut" then drag into "Shortcuts".

Yes the above method lets you create just the shortcuts you need without the kitchen sink.

So the DEddy is a folder that contains all the shortcuts to different folders you created.

That took 2mins to do with the Places Bar Tweaker.
The bottom image is the .ico just right click Save Image as and rename back to .ico, right click on the folder - Properties - Customize - Change icon.

Wow definitely will give it a go.
