I don't see any ads re: No money down, is it still available??

2 questions:
(1) Visa Debit card available? Wasn't last year so couldn't upgrade.
(2) PayPal avail this year?

Yes, we are still offering the "installments" option for payment - you can choose this within step 2 of the shopping chart.

This payment option is available for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. At this time it is not available for PayPal.
If you specifically have a "Visa Debit" card, you will want to check with the bank (or on your agreement/contract for that card) to make sure that it is setup to allow this type of payment.

How disappointing, this is the 3rd year re: PayPal. 3 Years !!!, someone is sleeping on the job. Or you just don't care.
