running 1006, returned fatory settings rebuilt etc.

open special/open midi file.
tried several midi files but biab plays 4 bars and then stalls and i have to use taskmaster to close.

dragging the midi onto the bbchord page opens ok
import using midi chord wizard opens midi ok.

any advice please.

Can you upload one of the MIDI files that creates the problem to DropBox or similar, and someone else can verify?

I just tried that here with a MIDI file and could not identify the same issue, so perhaps it is the data file itself?

after a lot of faffing about i decided to reinstall bb.
everything fine now.

i really shouldnt mess with stuff that i know little about,lol
