Hello, In a 4/4 time song I want to change the chord on beat 2 of the measure and change it again on beat 3. EG: G F C C. I can't find how to do it in Help, can anyone advise?

On the chord window/sheet type: G, F. (G comma F) in the first block. Type C, C in the second block. (if you want the C to play twice)
