That's a serious whole lotta megabytes of loops.... that could take more then an hour or so to DL.
I bookmarked the page so I can come back later and set up my external HDD on this machine and start the DL and then go hunting or something.....
I noticed:
"Your download and use of the content on this page is governed by and subject to the Adobe Software License Agreement ("EULA") for Adobe Audition and other related Adobe software, available at:
http://www.adobe.com/products/eulas/ So I checked the link.
That page redirects to here -
http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.htmlWhich contains Chinese versions of the Eulas.
Yay Adobe.
English starts around page 96 of the resulting PDF for Audition Eula. Way to make it user friendly.
solidrock,
Great find, looks great, nice sharing.
Thank you.
rharv,
Have read some amount of the EULA, and tough to follow.
Would like to use some of it in music creations, methinks.
Early in the EULA is the live link back to Adobe when using.
Not to hot on this idea, but think it may be normal.
Also in plain English...
Ya think we can use individual loops within our own creations?
There was a statement about NOT claiming Trademarks.
Do understand that.
I do claim copyrights of "my" original music.
Little bit hesitant in this area.
In reality do not believe will make any $$$$ but don't want
scraps with ADOBE, or YouTube.
Your experienced opinion in these matters of Law would be appreciated.
Thank you!
I ain't no lawyer.
I pointed it out because I noticed it. I also noticed the 'trademark' section you mention and wondered how the definition of that from language to language could come into play.
Like I said, don't make any legal/purchase decisions based on my input. I just pointed out what I noticed. That's worth salt or gold; depends on if you ask my mom or my wife.
rharv,
I know that....
Mom's usually have better opinions of us....
I did listen, to some and its nice stuff.
SLAMMER nice....naw...LOL
