VU meters will not show anything getting to it, though when I use Sonar I record audio all the time so the interface is not bad and the pathing on the computer is correct or it wouldn't work in Sonar.
This is why the other post called "I give up".
Help files don't help if you spend an hour guessing what the guy who wrote the help file called the keyword to your problem. I am at 90 minutes trying to see why my input it not driving the VU meters.
