So I got the Power Tracks version for my Mac and installed it but it won't open up on my mac. I am using OSX 10.10.5. Is there something else I need to do before I will start?

When you say "Power Tracks", are you referring to "Powertracks Pro Audio"? (See the link below.)

I might be wrong about this but I think that Powertracks Pro Audio is only available as a Windows program. I've have a look through the Mac section of PG Music and I cannot find a reference for it.

I think Pipeline has provided instructions on how to get the Powertracks Pro for Windows to work on a Mac. It will require some form of a virtual machine to make it work.

But yes, it is a Windows, not Mac, program.

Islansoul,

When i look at the DAW's you already have : Pro Tools, Logic, and Maschine

why would you want/need Power Tracks ?

Especially when you need to run it in Mac/Window virtual OS.

Thanks, John. I recall seeing that post. It slipped my mind at the time of reading Islansoul's problem. Pipeline is pretty impressive when it comes to the ins and outs of driving technology!
