How would we be able to "look up" if a midi file has a 2/4 bar in it? Time signature doesn't appear to show this from the help menu?

The song I am inquiring about is by Dave Mason-We Just Disagree and it has a 2/4 bar about the 6th bar, according to the sheet music.

I have d/l the midi, but it appears to show all of the bars at 4/4?

Does Biab interpret 2/4 bars in a midi file?

May have to manually change the time sig for a bar (and set back afterwards).
Without looking at the file it is hard to say..
