Hi Nigel,
that's a treat - ace vocal by Susan, wow. Great sax playing by Carmel. Top-notch arrangement.
You don't have to be a dedicated Dixie fan-boy to love this.
Thanks for sharing, take care,
Stefan
Hi Nigel.
The song transports the Dixieland sound in my ears excellently
Exceptionally good vocals by Susan and really well played saxophone by Carmel in combination with perfectly used BiaB really leave nothing to be desired.
Both thumbs up
Many greetings
Andi ;-)
Wow very cool tune. Boy I can understand why they have the best parties in New Orleans. Vocal, Sax and trumpet were very cool. The song makes you want to get up and dance. Such a cool groove. Well done

What a great surprise! This is a real Gem! Susan and Carmel simply shine. And the lyric is perfect for the genre.
I could listen to this the rest of the night. Unfortunately, I have things to do that will prevent that.
Susan really did a great female impersonation of louis! This is nothing but excellent fun. Thanks so much for the smile on my face!
Take care ...
Alan

Well done Nigel. A very convincing capture of the Nawlins vibe and a tip of the hat to Susan for the Armstrong tribute on the outro.
And a tip of the pint glass to Carmel.
Your write and production did the performers justice indeed.

Great sounding track NIgel! Although being down here, I might be a little prejudice!

Hi Greg,
Only been to New Orleans once in 2006 following the Katrina disaster to support the good folks of New Orleans and their annual Blues and Heritage Festival.
Loved the street music on almost every corner.
Hopefully I'll get back there one day.
