Not sure if this has been asked for before but I'm sure it'd be a huge hit to have a choir in amongst the real tracks. I'm not looking for spoken words as that's a long ways off yet but, a nice soft choir for ballads. Ooooohs Aaaaaaahs & Mmmmmmmmmmmmms etc.... Miroslav have some brilliant choir refills for reason but I'd dearly love to see them come out on real track.
They could be used for so many different styles of music. Pop, folk, Celtic, classic etc....
One MUST is to be able to play at a really slow tempo. IE 50 or below. Lot of Celtic ballads go lower than 50 and a lot of lovely real tracks just can't be used at this slow speed.

A BIG +1

Maybe this is an opportunity for forum users to collaborate on building UserTracks.

Perhaps two basic tracks, one with "Ohs" and the second with "Ahs". Everyone would need to agree on a tempo and time signature. The simple pop one minute template provides a good chord template. It most likely be very useful for all participants to have one "master" vocal track to match harmonies.

I suggest file labels that list voice as male or female and part as soprano, tenor, baritone or bass.

A user could download the individual tracks and assemble their own choir.

Good idea Jim

I am afraid that user tracks are not ready yet for choir.
I made a few vocal user tracks
for the contest and as a test for myself. Beware to make them to busy. Pad-like might work a bit in songs with not to many chords.
Choir user tracks have the same trouble as string tracks. A convincing track will use legato and legato is not built in.
And user tracks are missing waltz ability!
My suggestion is to use some super midi tracks for strings and give it a choir patch!

Thanks for the input Rob, biab doesn't work well at with slow tunes below 65. Midi's fine but real tracks just needs a lot more work

Hi Graham,
can you post a link here to an example of the choir sound you need?
