Curiously, I've not been aware of Tonnetz, but I'm well aware of "Harmonic Table" which appears to be much the same thing.
There are even keyboards, though how well (or even if) they handle touch sensitivity I don't know.

Not sure what the rules are for advertising another product.
Just go to amazon and look up "Tonnetz". Without the quotes. Without the word "chart".

Deb is correct. I was using the word chart and I could not find it but just using Tonnetz I did find it, thanx to Deb!
