When I placed my order last January, I went to 'download' page, there was a bonus pack to download!
I have now come to reinstall, after fitting a new hard drive & the pack is not there?
I don't know what was in it, so I don't know if I have it or not.

Any ideas?

I would contact Sales Support and point out the discrepancy so they can restore your download file.

Yes, they have a record of your purchases and can fix this.
