With the new 2012 and resetting to factory presets when trying to fix things I am now getting real tracks automatically substituted for midi tracks. How do I turn this feature off?

Opts prefs RealTrack I think there's a check box.
I saw b4 and wondered which leslie setting.

Thanks all, that was it.
And yes I had problems with the install. If anyone would it would be me!! I called support and Will got on remote control and fixed me up and I'm running everything fine now. Problem is I'm an idiot (my real name isn't Kirby, it's Kurburski and the Polish just keeps coming through) I have also noticed that the older I get the harder it is to remember the simple things. I've been playing with BIAB for at least 15 years and at this point I have been able to create 4 useable tunes. Mow this isn't BIAB's fault. It's mine. I don't seem to be able to stay focused long enough to really learn something. I'm that way on a lot of things. B4 getting my first computer back in the 80's (Commodore 64) I used to spend hours practicing. Once I got the computer I spent all my time trying to figure that out. It seems that by the time I figured something out everything would be changed with the newest stuff that came out. Same thing with BIAB. I get all wrapped up with missing with the new stuff I forget about the basics.
So, every 6 months I get the update and you see 20 posts from me and then I disappear again until the next update.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
