Some Classical Real Tracks would definitely be useful even if in the form of just piano accompaniments. Using piano first and perhaps later use of strings. But piano would be very useful and probably easier to do at first.

These types of things...
-Bach-esque bass lines in Left Hand with chords in Right Hand in the Dallapiccola realization type style.
-Classic Mozart Haydn-esqe styles (Alberti bass, etc.)
-Some Debussy-esqe (using the rootless 13 shapes, whole tone progression etc.)
-Other Baroque styles e.g. Vivaldi, Handel, Tartini, Locatelli, Telemann etc.
