I must be crazy (heck, I am). I want to find or make 3/4 time styles. Under Waltzes - Making is says:

Waltzers can be easily made with the StyleMaker.

Click on the MISC BUTTON to open the Misc. Style Settings dialog.

I cannot find this anywhere.

Sorry to be so dense, but I need directions.

Try to find a Waltz style before learning how to create your own style. There are plenty. In the StylePicker (Ctrl F9), scroll down the Category window until you see Waltzes. Mine has 162 different ones to choose from.

The Misc button is found in the Stylemaker (Ctrl Shift F9).

I'm not sure about 2008 but believe these were there.

2011 has a nice filter for finding things unfortunately 2008 doesn't.Part 2
Click:
Styles/stylemaker/edit current style/MISC ( 3rd from the end) check waltz then use SAVE AS. Give it a new name.
