I recieved my BIAB 2011.5 UltraPluspak this past Monday.

Do I still need this patch?

Also:

I've installed my main BIAB program on my C: Drive, while my RealTracks and RealDrums reside on an external hard drive (my I: Drive).
Is there anything I should know abour the installation of this patch with this type of configuration?

Harpo, the patch is dated July 12. In general, the patches only update what is needed; if you have the latest files, the patch does nothing. Your second question is also addressed in the Read This First text in the link.
