So how do I make the band come back in on the "and of 3," like in "Keep Your Hands To Yourself?"

Hi, Bob -

???

I'm viewing this thread on the main BB forum. Did perhaps a moderator move it?

To make a chord start on the "and" of three, first enter the chord into the 4th beat slot, then Rightclick on the chord and select Chord Settings, take a look at the lower LH side of the Chord Settings window for "Pushes" and choose to Push the chord by 1/8th.

Alternatively, you can type the chord with the push attached. By typing a caret ^ in front of the chord name, it is pushed earlier by the value of an eighth note. Ex. ^DMaj7

If you do not have a chord on beat 3, you can 'bypass' it with a comma to get to beat 4, but insert the caret to make the push. So, your entry in the second half of the chordsheet cell for a DMaj7 chord on the and of 3 would look like this: ,^DMaj7
