Usually any upgrade with BIAB goes buttery smooth. However, after upgrading to 2012 Plus-Pac The "new" real tracks get the yellow popup saying tracks not found. Looking in style picker all the tracks appear to be there. When I try to play them the popup says not available. I reinstalled twice with the same results. I also made sure that everything was installed into the proper drives and folders. The latest update (348) was also installed. My BIAB is on my "D" drive under D:/bb, and real tracks are D:/bb/Realtracks. I have used this for the last couple of years with no problems. Any help will be appreciated.
You should go into the RealTracks Picker (not the StylePicker), and click to show N/A RealTracks.

The missing RealTracks will be listed, and they will tell you what is wrong.
For example, a typical realtracks might be called

========Potential Problem #1 ===========
Saxophone, Funky You need to have a folder like that in d:\bb\RealTracks

========Potential Problem #2 ===========
in addition, you need a st2 and xt2 file for it
w.g.
RSax43.st2 <-------------- these need to be present in the BB folder
RSax44.xt2
========================================
So you should identify which problem you have, Problem #1 or #2, using the method suggested at the top of the message.

Also, you can go to RealTracks-Prefs- and press Verify - that takes about 5 minutes, and will print out a report about missing RealTracks.
Thanks Peter. I appreciate your assistance.
