Hi,

I'm having a problem loading videos to watch in BIAB, everytime I try I get an error message>Quicktime for windows not installed, you have version 0.

I reinstalled QT Latest version, but I'm still getting the same error message.....

???

I know nothing about Quick Time but I would try a few things:

- google the exact error message and see if anyone else is having the same problem

- if it's possible, go back one version of QT and see if it works there

- contact PG Support and see if they have encountered the problem

Probably no help and you probably know this but I've tried a few and they are loading a web browser player - not a local video player, maybe your web browser has blocked these kinds of players/add-ons/plug-ins??

I use (mainly) Firefox it loads and plays these videos with Adobe FLASH player (ditto IE) and Chrome loads a HTML5 player

Maybe check default browser plugin settings?
