In the chordsheet, I set a hold chord C...
I choose Jazz Chords font.
I get as final display : C (without any dot).

If I choose Big band Chords - custom/normal/20, I get C and the 3 dots are set very low, like underline and remain in big size even if I reduce the font size from 20 to 10.
Other fonts work OK.

I have reinstalled the fonts and I run BIAB 2015 under Windows 8.1.
Could anybody reproduce that ?

This is a good thing if you are printing a chart.

Matt, I'm not sure to undertsand what you mean : are you saying that is a normal feature for score printing reason ?

I don't think it was ever presented that way. I'm guessing. But I did notice this several years ago. A chart with periods after the chord name, or a caret, may mean something to us but not to a typical musician.

Matt, yes that makes sense.
If a hold or shot is added or even a single instrument, it still just shows the Chord only, e.g. "C..bd" just shows "C"
Normally I would never use that font, but that's a good trick to know if one was printing a chord sheet for other players.

Exactly.

Thanks for all comments.
I will ask to PG support people to clarify.
Anyway, that don't explain the problem with the Big Band Chords font.

Big Bang, or Big Band? (either too much television comedy or science shows? Anyway, enjoyed the laugh Ha ha)

FYI, according to PG support people :

"It appears this is a bug with the Jazz Chord Font display. We have notified the developers so they can take a look and release a fix. Keep an eye on the website for build updates that address this issue."
