mad

I'm just using BIAB in perhaps its simplest way. I pick a style, enter chords, and play. Then I edit stuff to tweak it.

In more than one song, all of a sudden it sounds really weird. In one it was the BASS track. When I mute it, it kept playing! When I unmuted it I realized there were two bass lines going at the same time.

Then I muted EVERYTHING and discovered that a bass and drum track were both still playing. I also noticed that they were not following the right chord progression... they were following an older version before I made some edits.

It is almost as if they got created and saved, then I made changes and new tracks were created without deleting the old ones. The were NOT frozen. I cannot find any way to get rid of these extra tracks without starting the song over from scratch!

Has anyone else had this type of problem, and if so what's the solution??? Hundreds of hours would be going to waste if have to recreate all these songs all over again.

Did you render the song to audio? Check by muting the audio track.

Is anything "frozen" in the project. If so, unfreeze and regenerate.

Always regenerate after edits.
