Do you use the UserTracks feature in Band-in-a-Box 2014 or 2015?

This feature is a great addition to Band-in-a-Box - it allows you to create your own RealTracks (guitars, pianos, strings etc.). Simply record tracks in Band-in-a-Box, RealBand or any DAW, and name your UserTracks, and add them to the UserTracks folder in Band-in-a-Box (or RealBand). They are now ready to use, just like any other RealTracks!

We offer a tutorial page at www.pgmusic.com/usertracks1.htm with templates and a "How to" for making your own UserTracks in under 10 minutes!

Watch our YouTube video about UserTracks: youtu.be/BM6XZcwnOn0

Once you've created your UserTracks, visit the UserTracks Forum - where you can share them with other users... and you can even sell them!
Callie,

You may want to mention that both the song and the UserTracks needs to be in the 4/4 time signature as use of the 3/4 time signature results in corrupted sound. That information is not in the tutorial.
That's certainly not the only thing they 'neglect' to mention in this 'tutorial'!
Still not a word about the UT Dev section, or of how shots&holds just don't work unless you use that part of the process (and even then it's a lot of hit'n-miss)... I could go on.

Unfortunately this whole video (like so many of their "showcasing feature" clips) just reeks of "promotional material" (read:marketing!) and nothing more smirk
