Is there a way to convert a midi track in RB, to real
tracks?

Not in the truest sense of the word. RealTracks are proprietary creations by PGMusic.

However, as I understand it, you can render and save a midi file (actually,a series of additional renders in different keys) to audio files to be the basis for a User Track.

If you look at the drag and drop videos in the news and specials section they will tell you. It's easy from Biab I am assuming Realtracks will use the same command keys.
