I used the Auto Chord Wizard utility within BIAB 2016 (434) to pick out the chords to a guitar/vocal track. It did an excellent job but the tempo bars needed to be nudged a bit. I used the [+] key to pick out where each of the bars were to be aligned. Previewing the track and it sounded great and was in sync with the edited bars. The tempo map was perfectly matched to the audio.

The issue is when I clicked the "Send to BIAB" button. Back in BIAB, the tempo was all over the place. In ACW, the average tempo was 136, plus or minus a few tics in each bar. In BIAB, the tempo was all over the place, 136, 188,175,160. etc. It was a mess.

Is this a bug or did I miss a step?

Thanks for any input.

It sounds as if you missed setting the first downbeat as you did not list that as a step you did when you ran the ACW.

The first downbeat should be located and selected prior to proceeding with the Audio Chord Wizard analysis.

I use F6 to do that function and tap F8 for bar selection as the song plays.
