1 year or 2 ago I found a real track 2337 and 2336 violin and viola strings parts. I can't find them any thoughts? mhy old song they are still in it so why can/t AI find them thanks

thanks but even went to all real tracks and there is no violin or viola just vibes any other thoughts to what I;m doing wrong

OK, so presumably you don't have all of the RealTracks installed, or they are installed on a different path.

The "C:\bb\RealTracks\Viola, Background, Pop Ev 085 (1TrackStringSection)" folder should contain this:

Go to Options > Preferences > RealTracks and check what folder is used for your RealTracks settings location. If that points elsewhere, you may not have all of the RealTracks installed at that location?

Also check that all filters have been cleared (i.e. press the "Clear" button). This could also restrict what's shown.

thanks this is in the right place. I found a box that says show even if out of temple. I checked it they are there just won't work for this song thanks again

It sounds like you have 'autosubstitute' engaged. When this is on, if you try to load RTs that are too far outside the tempo range of the song, BIAB will automatically substitute them with a pre-determined choice.

To disable this...

1. Enter into Preferences/Options.

2. Select "Realtracks".

3. Remove the check mark from "Allow Auto-Realtrack substitution based on tempo".
