Hi all

Well, the only thing I achieved is setting the empty Melody or Soloist track to open G. So that the guitar fretboard window showed up correctly.

After adding a soloist and after playing a few beats it looks like this: [first pic]

Each played note on the fretboard gets over written in standard tuning. The high D-string root overflashes with a green E when an e-note is played, then showing D again. Actually, nothing is notated in open G: [second pic]

I guess this is not intended. What am I missing?

Thank you for any hint, after a few hours of trouble shooting...

This is a problem with the german language version only and should be corrected. As I workaround you can switch to English langugage settings. I will notify this issue to PGs developers.

Edit: There are two similar bugs: The one I found is in the fretboard settings (which are not working) in the guitar window – but the one you described is in the notation windows options and should be fixed.
