hello again...

been so many years since I used the program, I've forgotten how to create a break in a song (where the drums & the bass stop; & the piano meanders on in a suspended manner), before everything drops back in again. need some quick help.

Two ways:

Use a dot after the chord and indicate the instruments that will NOT rest. Ex. Dm7.p means everyone except the piano rests.

Or use F5 (bar settings) on that measure and mute the desired instruments. Then go to another measure and F5 to unmute them etc.
