All other apps are producing sound. Windows 10 Settings show that volume is high for everything. The tune starts playing, the measure indicator progresses, but no sound. I have not reset any sound options. But my display screen is my first - and last, "touch" screen.

BIAB sound had been working. Sometime when I used the "next tune" option the sound disappeared. I then selected "previous tune", then selected "next tune" and everything started working right.

Now no sound.

Before going down the path of more complicated possibilities, startup Band In A Box and then have a look at the individual volume controls that Windows 10 offers for programs that are open. It's possible that the BIAB control is down to zero or muted (i.e. the speaker icon for BIAB's volume will have a red line through it).

If it was working correctly, and now it doesn’t, do Options, Return to Factory Settings. Close BIAB, reboot, restart.
