and when I right click,a number 2 automatically appears...

Are you meaning that you want to add text boxes in notation?

If so, have a look at the below image and follow the 1, 2, 3.

1. Enter 'Editable notation mode'

2. Right-click where you want the text box to be

3. Select 'Insert section text' from the menu that appears
