The short answer is no. Band-in-a-Box decides what audio to use from a RealTracks.

Longer answer is maybe. You can influence what Band-in-a-Box selects by: 1) adding a midi melody. Band-in-a-Box will use the midi melody as a guide as it selects RealTracks audio. This assumption is based on tests performed by forum member Icelander. 2) Change a chord to an inversion. Instead of entering a "C", enter a "C2". That instructs Band-in-a-Box to select a different "C" than it normally selects. 3) move to RealBand (if you have it), highlight the bars you want to change and multi-riff up to seven times.
