What has happened to the ins to pat file screen its gone!

According to the help, and it certainly was so as I have done it.

You simply click on the track and choose select midi instrument / higher bank from pat file . this should pop up a screen with sub buttons to open a pat or load ini / ins for conversion
Unfortunately that screen no longer appears instead you are presented with a notice saying this will display a list of PAT files please choose a PAT file.

Clicking ok does just that, a list of PAT files already in the synth kits folder .
But no way of importing an ins file or anything else

What ever is going on it is nearly June this software has been out six months.
Going round in ever decreasing circles.

Mike did you try Options, GM Settings, Convert Patch List?

It's not exactly where I would have expected to find this...

Thanks for that looks like it should do the job.
Strange place to find it , it's a shame the current built in help files don't say this and still point to the old way of doing it.

You’re welcome. I’ve written patch maps so I’m familiar with this process. When testing new versions, I look in all the menus and try to explore what I see there because the documentation often lags behind the new features. I will look again at the documentation and report this as needed.
