Just upload the song or folder to Dropbox, there should be a share button or link there (I can't check it out right now), which will create a URL that you can send to someone either via text or email (it will say something to the effect that anyone with this link can open the file..

Hi,

Using File Explorer, you can copy a file into your Dropbox folder, right-click on it, and select "Copy Dropbox link". You can then paste that link directly into an email or forum thread.
