Hi all,

In BIAB, there are styles - Midi and RealTracks - for modern genres like Trap and Dubstep.

However, if I only type chords and hear the results, it does not sound convincing.

What should you do more to make the songs sound better?

Thanks,
You might find that using Loops would work better. These styles just seem to repeat a common phrase - endlessly, the same way that loops work.
I'm working on a Dubstep tune right now but not I'm not using BIAB t do it. However if you want to use BIAB for this I would suggest exporting your track then cutting it up into loops and samples. Also if you have a decent drum machine VST in your DAW I would use MIDI drums in BIAB and export the MIDI to use with your VST drums. Also ad in VST synths on top of the BIAB tracks to thicken it up. Finally use FX and automation in your DAW to really bring the piece to life.

Hope this helps.
