Hi,

My BIAB 2018 (520) has decided to stop loading all I get is the logo on the screen and in the taskbar.

Have re-installed build 520 but still no luck, any ideas please.

Hi Brian,

With Band-in-a-Box completely closed (you can use the Task Manager to force it to close if it's still stuck in the Task Bar), please try deleting intrface.bbw and mysetup.dk from the BB\Preferences folder. That should solve the problem, but please let us know if it doesn't.
