He has available a number of fake book disks that contain the exact chord progressions that are in that fake book. These are in the BiaB format (chords and a style) so all you have to do is to load them into BiaB.

If you have the lyrics and/or are not going to be playing the melody you do not need the fake book, you just need that fake book disk.
