I just received for Christmas my little BIAB upgrade like each year.

But this year, I pay to French customs about $40, to UPS $25 and the $139.

As there are new upgrades twice a year, .... I remember last time: to receive DVD's in France,
$10 postage and no customs, ...

There's got to be a way around that customs issue. Here the US Postal service offers discounted rates for "media mail". I would have no problem calling an external USB HD "media".

LOL.........Be happy you are in France and not Mexico. Here you pay $50 BEFORE the package arrives just to make sure it gets from the Airport in Mexico to the Postoffice, THEN you can start haggling about "Helping" the postmans childrens College tuitions.....
