Help with ultra pack hard drive/Realtracks folder location - 01/17/10 01:46 PM
Hi everyone-
I received my BiaB UltraPlusPAK Upgrade with RealBand last week, complete with the handy little hard drive. I installed the program, opting to keep the real drums/real tracks on the external hard drive instead of placing them on my C drive, but now BiaB won’t recognize the real drums/real tracks on the external hard drive. In the help menu, the “What add-ons do I have” tab shows only the real drums and real tracks that I previously had installed on my C drive. Obviously, BiaB is still looking in the C drive for the real tracks, not in the external drive.
I do remember a cautionary alert popping up when I was installing the program noting that I would have to change the location of real tracks folder to the “X” drive, I believe. I am very sure that this is the problem, but I am unsure as to how to do this…
Any help or tips would be great!!!
