Vi har flera licenser till Band-in-a-Box Pro på mitt jobb. Hur hämtar man hem det till flera användare?

För när jag går in via "köpsidan", klickar på Pro och reggar det serienummer vi har får jag bara upp att "Det serienumret har redan registrerats av en kund."

If they bought a LabPAK with multiple licenses, they would only be able to install it on as many computers as their LabPAK license allows for you. If you wanted more licenses, they would need to contact our marketing dept. at marketing@pgmusic.com to discuss with them how to acquire more licenses.

The third sentence of your email we don't quite understand what you mean. Do you mean they are on their My Products page and trying to register a serial number? If this serial number below to the LabPAK license mentioned above, then it makes sense they can't register as a serial number can only be registered once.
