Ive got a song thats at a really fast tempo that I need to slow down to get my guitar part played in real time. The song contains both audio and midi information. I need a way to slow it down just a little add the guitar part I want to record then get everything in sync in tune and at the right tempo again. Please give me some suggestions. Im sure it can be done I just have not figured out how. Thanks in advance.

Try selecting the Tempo Box and double clicking twice. This brings up a Information box which allows you to select the Tempo required and to change any audio tracks appropriately. Once selected the program will resample all the audio tracks and change the Tempo. It all now depends on how far you wish to compress the audio?

What about the midi tracks. How will I know how low to transpose them?

Midi track Data are re-processed each time you press Play and consequently any changes to Tempo are automatically taken into account.
