Insert WAV file into existing PT creation

Is there a way to move an existing wav file on to a track in a PT seq that's already created?

I don't have PT but do have the similar RealBand program.

In RB, to move an existing WAV file on to a track in a RB seq that was previously created, there are several options to perform the task.

1. The import wav/wma/mp4/mp3... button is selected.

2. There is also an import selection in the File drop down menu.

Look for something similar in PT and it should allow you to import a WAV into your existing seq project.

Thanks Charlie, I did just discover the Edit drop down has an option to insert a wav, mp3 etc onto a track of an existing creation.
