When I load a video into powertracks sometimes there is no audio. (wmv file) and sometimes if there is audio and I try to extract it PT crashes. Am I doing something wrong here?

When I loaded a wmv file, the audio extracted but when I went to play it, I received the below error. Is this the one that you get, too?
