Is it just me, or does the TIps and Tricks board flicker in and out of range like a mosquito in a darkened bedroom?

I find it's never in the pale blue column to your left, but occasionally in the Forums link (between PRODUCTS and SUPPORT) at the top of the page.

Yep, it's hidden once you leave the main 'forums' area.
Not sure why they didn't add it to the navigation menus.
To see it just click the forums link at top.
