I couldn't find any reference to this while Searching, so maybe it's a new thing to others here, as it is to me.

Coolsoft VirtualMidii Driver is a free program available at http://coolsoft.altervista.org/en/virtualmidisynth

It installs in Windows System32 as a MIDI output device, and you can then select it in BiaB or any MIDI program. The sounds it plays are those of whatever soundfont you load into it. Sound quality depends on the soundfont you supply.

It's a very convenient way to play some backing instruments. You can see it works much like the Coyote WT, but replacing sounds is far easier. This quickly loads huge multitimbral banks.

I was just listening to it playing some personal soundfonts through a plain old AsioForAll onboard card. and it seemed to be potentially usable. Latency felt like maybe100 milliseconds (estimated), quite good enough for soething you won't play from the keyboard.

Somebody else might find it useful too, so I thought I'd mention it here.

Thank you for the tip Larry,

Hope to download it and play with it soon.

I am trying the Coolsoft Virtual Midi Synth. I am using this in Van Basco, and Realband currently. I have downloaded a set of Sound Fonts here: http://midkar.com/soundfonts/coolsoft.html called Timbres of Heaven, that in my opinion sound pretty good. Its worth a try for another tool in the box.

I like Coolsoft and have used it several years to keep my soundfonts alive; just be careful not to make it your default synth (in the Coolsoft control panel, you can do this - don't), as I've found it causes problems in some other DAWs.
