Submitted by Band-in-a-Box user Tony Lee Glenn, this video is a detailed explanation of how Tony exports audio from Band-in-a-Box for use in an Adobe Audition multi-track mix, using his song Relic. Also explained is how Tony generates editable audio and imports into a digital audio workstation (DAW) for mixing and overdubbing additional audio.

Oh well, I'll just have to take the longer route, then...

It has to be noted that this video is a year old, so much of the very latest additions are obviously not covered. But still a decent review/overview of the core program.
